DAMAGE / WARRANTY INFORMATION

  • Squishy toys DO NOT have a warranty and can last anywhere from 10 seconds - several years depending on use.  Toys given to children without proper instructions on what not to do with a squishy toy are not refundable. (see list below).  Do not purchase if you are not comfortable with the no warranty.
  • ONLY items damaged in transit are eligible for a refund.  These items are clearly not used (not dirty, full bright colors, and popped inside its sealed package or still with tags on). 
  • If you have a damaged item please take clear pictures of the package with shipping label, AND images of the broken item IN ITS PACKAGE WITH TAGS.  Used items are not eligible for a refund.
  • Top ways squishies are broken (that I see repeatedly in my storfront) include: 
    • Stretching! - Stretching breaks the glue seal around the plug which makes the plug pop out and leak.  It is very tempting to stretch, but that reduces the lifespan of your squishy drastically.
    • Fingernails! - Squishing with all your strength is not a good way to squish, but adding fingernails is a sure way to break your squishy.
    • Throwing and Stomping! - Throwing the ball or stomping on it seems to be a kid favorite and is a great way to break a squishy.
    • Cutting! - Knives and scissors are a fun way that kids break squishies to see what is inside, or to play with the slime inside.  Happens all the time
    • Balloon Dogging! - Taking a part of the squishy and twisting it.
    • Strangling! - Trying to squeeze as much of the insides into a small part of the squishy.  This is especially common when there are little beads inside.  They like to strangle out all the insides and it pops them.

  • Curious Minds Busy Bags only sells items that have been tested for safety for US sales.  That means everything I sell has been tested and passed all US safety standards and are non-toxic.  Of course we don't recommend eating these toys, if you happen to get some in your mouth it is non-toxic.  If you are still worried and need the exact components send me a message and I can let you know what is in them.

HOW ABOUT RETURNS?

  • Returns are accepted on all orders.  Please include your order number inside the package in order to process the return.
  • Returns are accepted on items still in NEW condition.  New items will be given a full refund on the product price.  Restocking fees may apply.
  • USED and DAMAGED items that are not in resellable condition are not eligible for a refund.
  • Outgoing shipping is not refundable since the shipping label was used and cannot be canceled.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?

  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated by item weight and location. Many of our items are lightweight, but I do have several that are over a pound each.  You can get a shipping quote by visiting your shopping cart and entering in your location.  We ship from Michigan, so the closer you are to us the cheaper the shipping will be.  West coast customers: please note that your shipping will be over double the cost of those in neighboring states.....sorry that is how the USPS works!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

  • I usually ship within 3 days of when you placed your order. You will receive an email notification when your package ships which will include a tracking number.  Usually packages arrive within 2-5 days.  International buyers, I ship via United States Postal Service International First Class mail.  Packages usually arrive in 2-2.5 weeks from shipment.
