This super unique compound moves and flows on its own.  It is like the moving play sand, however it is lightweight and airy.  The fluff flows from your hand and falls into a mesmerizing pile. It reminds me of small torn pieces of crinkled construction paper that is coated so it sticks together (but is not sticky at all).
